Pleasant Grove News Welcome, Pastor Scott Cramer Formerly, Assistant Pastor of Peachtree Road Baptist Church in Suwannee, GA Scott Cramer was born in North Alabama on December 7th, 1976. At 17, Bro. Scott was saved at a youth meeting in Huntsville, Alabama. Bro. Scott listened to the Lord’s calling of him into the ministry. One year after his day of salvation, he surrendered to the call to preach. He then moved to North Georgia for Bible College and began helping a new church, Word of Life Baptist Church, in the Villa Rica area. Through the next seven and a half years, Bro. Scott became deeply involved in the church. He taught Sunday school, served as treasurer, visitation leader, teen leader and became an ordained assistant, serving in this position for two years. He then became Word of Life’s pastor and served in that position for a year and a half. It was in December 2007 that God led Bro. Scott to become the full time assistant pastor of Peachtree Road Baptist Church. We are so pleased that the Lord led Rev. Cramer to Pleasant Grove to serve in the interim pastor position and is now the Pastor of PGBC. Pastor Scott is married to Amanda who is a phenomenal piano player since the age of 12 and a soloist. She has also served as AWANA Commander and Children's Choir Director. They have 3 beautiful children: Chloe LeeAnn(4), Callie Grace (2), and Justus Carter who just turned one year old and is starting to walk!
